FAQs
About Dental Emergencies
Q: Should I go to a dentist or the ER?
If it’s related to teeth, gums, or oral pain — a dentist is the best choice. If you’re bleeding heavily or have trauma beyond the mouth, visit the ER.
Q: How soon can I be seen?
We often accommodate same-day appointments. Walk-ins are welcome Wednesdays and Fridays, or call to check availability.
Q: Will it hurt?
We focus on pain relief first. The area will be fully numbed, and treatment is done as gently as possible.
Q: What if I’m nervous about dental visits?
You’re not alone. We treat many anxious patients and offer a calm, reassuring experience.
Q: How much does emergency dental care cost?
It depends on the procedure. We follow the Ontario Dental Association fee guide and accept most insurance plans.
